Poitiers is a small town and it is quite easy to get around.

For all activities in the city center, getting around by walking is by far the easiest.

However, the campus of the University of Poitiers is more than a 40-minute walk from the city centre.

Line 1 is the direct bus from the city center to the university campus (it runs every 10 to 20 minutes):

– To go the university campus: take the bus at Notre Dame (direction Milétrie Patis) and get off at the Maison des étudiants stop.

– To go to the city centre, take the same bus Line 1 (to Futuroscope). The recommended stops are the same, you have to start from the Maison des étudiants stop and get off at Notre Dame.
