Progedo Poitiers Replication Games will be taking place at the MSHS Poitiers on Thursday December 10. These games are an initiative of the Institute for Replication (I4R) and will be part of Progedo’s Data Week.

The Replication Games are a one-day collaborative event in which participants work in small teams to reproduce and assess published research.

We welcome graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, professors, and other researchers with a PhD in economics, political science, psychology, and other social sciences.

Participants should have some coding experience in Stata, R, or Python.
Teams will be formed based on research interests and methodological expertise.
Participants who complete a replication report will be invited to join as coauthors on a meta-paper synthesizing the results of the Replication Games, similar in spirit to our previous large-scale work published in Nature by Brodeur et al. (https://www.nature.com/articles/41586-026-10251-x).

The event is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with reproducibility and replication, collaborate with researchers from different background, and contribute to a large-scale research project.

Organized by I4R, Gaëlle Coz (MSHS) et Ahmed Tritah (LéP)
