In November, the University of Poitiers was awarded the first regional research network on comics in New Aquitaine. The network includes the region’s six universities, the Cité Internationale de la Bande dessinée et de l’Image, EESI, Magelis… This network, unique in France, will make it possible, for the first time, to ensure the full visibility of comics as an object of interest for the humanities, social sciences and basic sciences.
